Let us turn our intelligence into wisdom.

Slide Rewrite your story. Based upon the three pillars of purpose, wellness and community, our programme builds like a story over the course of four days.

Our content is unique. Designed over two years, it builds upon our in-depth studies of neuroscience, psychology and mental health, plus wisdom gained from the very best teachers of philosophy and sociology. We've created a programme which introduces to you the concept of the three parts of life, expressed through our Book, our Bookmark and our Story. Over the course of our retreat, we'll help you to rewrite yours.

Purpose

Your purpose in life isn't found, it's revealed. For it to do so, you need to know yourself. Most people don't. Over the course of our programme, we'll show you why and how you're hiding your true self. Then we'll practice together so that you can learn more about who you really are, what are your values, what truly motivates you and how you can achieve flow, a state akin to an athlete being 'in the zone'. Studies show that half of the time, we are sleepwalking through life. Together, we'll wake up and by the end of the retreat, you'll have learned how to fully live and live fully. It's living with a feeling we call a 'deep lightness'.

Transforming relationships / Community

How connected do you feel? How is your busy, modern life affecting the quality of your relationships? We'll show you why your relationships determine the quality and the length of your life. Then we'll show you how to enter into authentic relationship with your family, friends and colleagues. Despite our relationships having a profound effect on our wellbeing, we aren't taught how to cultivate them. We'll teach you the different steps that we must take for us to enter into true community with each other. We'll practice together at the retreat so that you're ready to reap the benefits when you get home.

Wellness

Wellness is not equal to the absence of illness. We'll use our knowledge of neuroscience, psychology and the science of mindfulness to teach you how to take control of your wellbeing. Modern life is pushing people to breaking point and all too often, we are seeing the effect this is having on our collective mental wellbeing. Juggling busy home and work lives, plus the added strain of social media, is having a devastating effect. And no wonder, people have never been taught how to cope. We'll show you how you can develop resilience to stress and learn how to be happy and effective, even during times of struggle.

The format of the retreat is a mixture of learning, working in pairs and groups, activities, practice and play. Our retreats are stimulating, fascinating, fun and nourishing, delivered by compassionate people.
