Where does the retreat take place?
Our retreat is set in the beautiful English countryside. We provide full details upon request, but you'll spend your time in tranquil and beautiful surroundings, with large areas of private countryside in which to explore and decompress.
Over how many days does the retreat take place?
The retreat takes place over four days and three nights. For specific dates, contact us using the form at the bottom of the page.
Who is your retreat designed for?
If you haven't already done so, have a read of Who is it for? In a nutshell, our programme is for people who are looking for a greater sense of purpose in life, deeper connections, to regain wellness and balance in their stressful lives, or for people who feel like their life is at a crossroads.
Why should I attend your retreat?
Our programme has been meticulously designed over a two year period to help people to transform their lives. It draws upon our studies of neuroscience at Harvard as well as psychology and mental health from The University of Liverpool and wisdom we have gained from cherished friends and influencers. Our programme provides real, practical ways of how you can make significant improvements to your life, in terms of your purpose in life, your relationships and your wellbeing. If you're unsure, we're very happy to talk with you in more detail, to find out whether Pencil is the right programme for you or at this stage of your life. To contact us, pop your details into the form at the bottom of the page.
How much does it cost?
We're very happy to share with you the full details of our programme, including cost, deposit and how to pay. Contact us using the details at the bottom of the page, then we'll contact you for a chat about the programme and what you're hoping to achieve by attending.
What is included in the cost of the retreat?
As well as the programme itself, included in the cost of the retreat is your accommodation, plus meals and drinks for the duration of the retreat. You'll also receive a pack to take home with you, which contains various tools to help you practice what you've learned on the retreat. Travel to and from the retreat is not included, but we will provide full details on how to arrive by road or rail.
How many people attend each retreat?
Our retreats are intimate events, with just ten guests gathering to nourish their souls and their bodies. We find that this is just the right number of people to get the right balance. Small enough for each person to benefit and to feel special, large enough to create a spirit of community, with the sharing of stories and wisdom.
Do you offer your programme to businesses as well as individuals?
Yes, our Wellness at Work programme helps large or small businesses to reduce stress and sick days of their staff as well as increase their productivity. Click here for full details.
